The present General Terms and Conditions of Reservation will regulate the relationship between INVERSIONES NORTE CANSEMESBA, S.L., (hereinafter called Camino de Estrellas) and the client for the contracting made through the reservation form that Camino de Estrellas makes available at www.hotelmondonedo.es.

Camino de Estrellas reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to these General Booking Terms and Conditions.

Reserve Operation

Indication of prices: Each reservation offered will have its price indicated and if it includes VAT or any other tax that may be applicable. The prices indicated on the screen will be those in force at all times.

Hiring procedure: Upon completion of the reservation service, the user will receive a confirmation email at the address provided with all the details of the reservation.

Payment: Payment of 100% of the stay in advance by credit/debit card through our virtual POS.

Confirmation of the reservation: The reservation request will be confirmed by the accommodation via e-mail, being until that moment considered only as a pre-reservation with no binding value. Once the requirements of have been met, the reservation will be held until 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the arrival of the customer does not occur and the establishment has not received any communication by mail to reservas@hotelmondonedo.es, informing of a late arrival , the accommodation may dispose of the room or rooms booked from 20:00 h on the day of arrival, without prejudice to the application of charges arising from the conditions cancellation below:

Cancellations:

A – Cancellations made up to 15 days before the date of entry. Cancellation will not be charged except for the bank expenses derived from the return, if any, of the bank transfer in favor of the client.

B – Cancellations after the fifteenth day prior to the date of entry. 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.

C – No-show or early departure. The total value of the reservation will be charged.
